policies

1. minimum order requirements

the current minimum order is 2 dozen in any combination of cookies, cake pops, cupcakes.

adding a cake to your order will qualify as "one dozen."

add-ons cannot be placed singularly; they must be added on to an existing order. 

orders must be placed a minimum of 1 week (7 days) prior to pickup and orders are taken based on availability.

orders placed 1 week or less in advance must be paid fully at booking if there is availability.

 

2. deposits/payments

an invoice will be sent at the time of booking; please read fully.

a deposit of 50% is required for orders over $100, due at the time of booking.

final payment is due 1 week prior to pickup and must be received in order to secure your order.

if payment is not received, your order may be cancelled (please communicate with me if there is any issue making final payment). 

forms of payment accepted are: mastercard, visa, amex, discover, and ACH (bank) payments.  

 

3. cancellation/refunds

to cancel an order, you must notify me 1 week prior to the pickup date in order to receive a full refund or credit.

orders cancelled less than 1 week before the pickup date are non-refundable.
