policies

1. minimum order requirements

the current minimum order is 2 dozen in any combination of cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, and cake.

a cake (any size) as part of your order will qualify as "one dozen."

add-ons cannot be placed singularly; they must be added on to an existing order. 

orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) prior to pickup and orders are taken based on availability.

orders placed 2 weeks or less in advance must be paid fully at booking if there is availability.

 

2. deposits/payments

an invoice will be sent at the time of booking; please read fully.

a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required due at the time of booking, which will be applied to your balance.

final payment is due 2 weeks prior to pickup and must be received in order to secure your order.

if payment is not received, your order is subject to cancellation (please communicate with me if there is any issue making final payment). 

forms of payment accepted are: mastercard, visa, amex, discover, and ACH (bank) payments.  

 

3. cancellation/refunds

in the event of cancellation, you must notify me more than one week (7 days) prior to the pickup date in order to receive a full refund or credit minus the $25 non-refundable deposit.

orders cancelled less than 1 week (7 days) before the pickup date are fully non-refundable.
